Innovative Tools offers free resharpening for SuperScrapers that have not been misused and have lost their sharp 90⁰ working edges after many hours/years of use.

We are unable to remove chips that are greater than .030 in depth. Corner chips will be angle ground which will reduce the original scraping width.

If any of the following conditions are present on the scraper, free resharpening is not offered.

                   1.  Side edge impact marks on either side of the shank.

                   2.  Impact mushrooming of the shank end under the handle.

                   3.  Impact mushrooming of the wooden handle end.

                    4.  Large chips and missing carbide.

 If the condition of the scraper is in question, it is recommended that you email pictures to us at superscraperorder@gmail.com prior to return shipping.  This will save the expense of sending it to us for resharpening if we reject it due to its poor condition.

SuperScrapers sent in for resharpening that are rejected will not be returned unless directed to do so by the sender. Return shipping costs will apply or will be charged to senders shipping account. 

For resharpening send scraper(s) *properly packaged to Innovative Tools. Please include $7.00 for return shipping and handling. If returning more than one scraper, please add $2.00 for each additional scraper being returned.

*The carbide MUST be protected to prevent damage when shipping. Damage to the scrapers from inadequate protection will be the sender’s responsibility.
