Limited Lifetime Guarantee

SuperScrapers are warrantied to be free from defects in workmanship and materials.  Warranty is void if the tool is altered in any way or shows signs of abuse or misuse.

Warranty is provided by Innovative Tools only.  Innovative Tools, upon determination of a warranty claim will repair or replace the SuperScraper.  It is the owners responsibility to return any scraper to Innovative Tools for warranty service.  Warrantied tools will be returned to the owner at Innovative Tools’ expense.

Free Resharpening: Although carbide is one of the hardest metals available for use as a blade on the SuperScraper, it can chip in certain situations.  Also, after years of use it can lose its sharp, 90 degree edge and it becomes necessary to have it resharpened to achieve maximum efficiency.  Innovative Tools will resharpen any SuperScraper free of charge.  Simply return the scraper(s) properly packaged with shipping prepaid, to Innovative Tools.  Please include $6.00 for return shipping.  If returning more than one scraper, please add $1.00 for each additional scraper being returned.
